TfNSW has successfully crafted a digital identity that is recognised by consumers of public transport in NSW. They wanted to do the same for their B2B and community audiences. syfte were approached to design the ultimate corporate site end state, by integrating multiple websites. The challenge was accepted.
We worked closely with TfNSW from the start, as partners and collaborators. After listening to stakeholders, we uncovered a unified vision for their digital ecosystem. We interviewed users to understand differing needs and let them voice their pains. We left nobody behind on the journey and treated all opinions equally.
The TfNSW Corporate site is accessible, intuitive and scalable. It has an information architecture that makes task completion easy and a contemporary look and feel consistent with, and distinct from, TfNSW’s Customer site. The site is robust and ready for future integrations, but most important, it meets the needs of its users.
